This is a live session where you will learn how to choose a drum carder, manual vs electric, maintain your equipment, the types of fiber a drum carder can be used for, and carding fleece.

You are welcome to card along with me, or just watch and take notes.

You can ask questions in the chat as we go.

After the workshop you will know:

This session is meant to show you the details that are hard to pick up from short videos or written instructions.

You will learn how to:

• Choose a drum carder

• What fibers can be processed with a drum carder

• Manual vs electric

• Maintain your carder

• Carding a fleece

• Making a batt

The goal is for you to understand the process well enough to operate your carder and continue practicing confidently on your own.
